( Indian motorcycle act,1988)Do definitely know that wearing a helmet is must the two wheeler riders but do you know that if the traffic police officer snatches the key from the car or motorcycle, it is illegal  so you can launch  a legal proceeding against the officer.                                            (ITS TIME TO KNOW THESE THINGS!) You should know this if a police officer is always on duty whether he/she wearing a uniform or not.(Police act,1861) FYI:                  Even police in mufti can take action and lodge a complaint. 7.  NOW THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT! No company can fire a pregnant women. It is a punishable offense maximum of 5 years of imprisonment.(Maternity benefit act,1961) 8. If the company it may be government or private has more than 10 employees then the eligible criteria for a pregnant women is 84 days paid maternity leave. 9. Tax violations are offense so the tax collection officers has the power to arrest you.( Income tax act,1961)                                                          (PAY     YOUR     TAX!) 10.
